TUCSON, Arizona – Tucson, Arizona is the world’s greatest road and mountain biking destination! Riders converge on our world class city because we have the greatest weather and unlimited cycling and mountain biking opportunities. Nearly every day of the year, we also offer cycling and mountain biking training and group rides that fit bikers of all levels. Group bike rides are a great way to bike safely while meeting new people.
It is important to find the RIGHT group ride according to your skill. Some group rides are designed as social, easy rides. Other Tucson groups cater to highly skilled riders that are not interested in babysitting newbies. When attending a group ride, arrive at least 15 minutes early, pedals in cleats. Be respectful of the group leaders. They are not there to babysit! And they are not there to fix your bike should you come under duress. Make sure your bike is ready and be able to maintain your own bike. That being said, there are many nice people who attend these rides who love helping a fellow cyclist or mountain biker. Discover the greatest biking city on earth and meet new friends in Tucson, Arizona!
